The moment the first bit of fall rolls around, many people morph into pumpkin spice mode. While I don’t get as obsessed as some, I do have to say that I enjoy indulging in a little pumpkin spice goodness each autumn. 🙂 This pumpkin spice dip is so easy to make I find myself making it a few times each fall season. YUM!!
It’s a super quick and easy recipe, so you can have it ready in no time! Take it to any fall picnic, outing, or get together with family and friends. Heck – even take it to the office for others to enjoy! I can guarantee it’ll be gone in no time, and people will be begging you for the recipe. The best part? You’ll be able to rattle it off to them in no time because it’s seriously that easy to make and remember!
All you’ll need is cream cheese, marshmallow cream, pumpkin spice instant pudding, and a bit of vanilla extract. Mix them all together and serve with your favorite gingersnap, cookie, or cracker of choice!
Seriously, folks, it’s really that easy!!
So let’s go through this one more time:
Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese *softened*
7 oz jar of Marshmallow Cream
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Blend cream cheese, marshmallow cream, pumpkin spice instant pudding, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well mixed.
- Serve with gingersnaps or cookies/crackers of your choice.
Yep, seriously – that’s it! If you (unlike me) have any leftovers, make sure to store them covered in the fridge. Then you can enjoy everything a bit later in the day (or perhaps the next day if you have more willpower than me).
What are you waiting for? You know you want this easy pumpkin spice dip! Run to the store, grab your ingredients, and whip this up in no time. Then sit back and enjoy!! 🙂
